CAD/CAM Sofware
Design2fab is a powerful yet easy to learn solution for creating complex custom fitting layouts for the HVAC duct, Kitchen, mechanical, industrial and roofing industries. Design2fab allows you create HGPL files which you can output to a printer or plotter for manual cutting or DXF files which you can output directly to a CNC cutting machine. To obtain optimal material utilization you can output the DXF file to Turbonest or Pronest prior to sending it to the CNC machine. Design2fab pdf (330kb).
Micro EDGE CNC control
The micro Edge is a very flexible cost efficient, yet powerful solution to improve your existing equipment. Using the Phoenix software it can coupled to a touch screen to give single point control of all the individual component parts of a CNC plasma cutting machine. It can be used to control simple air plasma cutting systems and well as being capable of full RS 422 communication with a HPR plasma cutting system.

The EDGE Pro is the latest CNC control available from City Plasma Services. This CNC controller provides a turnkey solution for a wide range of applications on both new and existing machines.
