Spitfire HPR
The Spitfire HPR profile cutting machine is our first venture into the profile cutting machine market.
We have taken a high quality table from a leading manufacturer and integrated it with an extremely accurate rack and pinion drive system, a high quality height and CNC control and of course the Hypertherm HPR plasma cutting system.
The machine is available with various cutting area sizes and with either the HPR 130 or HPR 260 automated plasma cutters.
The result is a machine producing profiles that are very close in quality to laser cut parts but at a fraction of the cost. Our first customer to buy one is so happy with it that they have ordered a second and are talking about the possibility of a third.
Scorpion HPR
Due to the demand for an entry level cutting machine we have introduced Scorpion, a new CNC plasma profile cutting machine to our range.
Our aim was to produce a fully featured plasma profile cutting machine and make it accessible to small to medium engineering companies.
The Scorpion is heavy duty, rail mounted profile cutting machine with separate fume table. We have integrated it with a high quality CNC control and the Hypertherm Sensor PHC Torch Height control unit.
It can be fitted with any of the G3 Series Powermax air plasma cutting systems or the HSD 130 Hyspeed oxygen plasma system and is available with either a 3000mm by 1500mm or a 4000mm by 2000mm cut area.
