The Command THC is a heavy duty, highly accurate plasma torch height control unit designed for use with high performance automated plasma cutting systems, as well as being available on our RUR CNC cutting machines.
The height control unit is also available as an upgrade for most CNC plasma cutting machines.
With the advantage of a dual pierce and cut height setting, the torch height control unit allows for the volume of molten metal ejected from the pierce on thicker material.
With a resolution of 0.025mm and a slew rate of 5 meters a minute it is the ideal partner for customers who require high cut quality and minimum cycle times.
System setup, operation and monitoring can be done by either the optional Operator pendant or via RS422 serial interface for complete CNC control.
