At the heart of this machine is the Hypertherm Edge Ti package which incorporates a 15 inch SAW (surface acoustic wave) touch screen, built in servo amplifiers a single operator console and torch height control system. Using phoenix software the CNC controller allows manual nesting, remote help and many other features unique to this system.
The integral fume table has been designed so that there is no loss of suction even when the dross bins are full. The dual side drives are connected to high quality racks and pinions and linear bearings.
The machine can be supplied with any of Hypertherm Mechanized Powermax* or Hyspeed HSD 130 plasma cutting systems combined with the PHC torch height control.
Specifications

- Cutting Table, made from a fabricated sectional frame fitted with hardened and ground linear slideways on to which the cutter carriage is directly mounted.
- The carriage is driven by precision-machined rack and pinion gears through the Servo motor and gearbox assemblies.
- Cables and supplies are delivered by drag chain fitted to the side of the table.
- Torch height control and lifter assembly.
