This new Mastercut CNC Plasma Cutting Machine is a flexible, robust cutting system that has been designed to produce a variety of cutting tasks.
Flexible enough for use in both small workshops and large factories, the CNC plasma cutter gives high-quality 2D cuts with either plasma and oxyfuel.
With the addition of various accessories the operator has the option of producing exact bevel cuts for weld edges, flat material, pipes and profiles.
The machine comes in two configurations; linear guides or with rails in the X axis.
The new MasterCut from MicroStep now features several improvements that take production quality to an even higher level. For the current version of the flexible plasma cutting machine MicroStep has improved the portal bridge and guides. The weight of the portal bridge has been increased by 30 percent, the weight of the guides even by 60 percent. MicroStep also invested in even more powerful servo motors. The result: more robustness, smoother running, more precise cuts.
