FIRECUT Excel integrates Hypertherm Edge Connect CNC control with Phoenix software, providing a streamlined operator interface with fully embedded cutting parameters. Combined with ProNest nesting and optimisation software, the system automates toolpath generation, reduces setup time, and ensures consistent part quality across both simple and highly complex geometries, even for less experienced operators.

Built around a rigid sectional steel frame with a floating bridge design, FIRECUT Excel is engineered to maintain accuracy under thermal load during continuous operation.
