The 3D tilt head is designed for cutting precision parts with bevel angles-the possible bevel types are V, Y, K and X. All laser sources provided by MicroStep can be used with tilting heads. Using a 6 kW light source, mild steel with a thickness of 15 mm and a tilt of 45 degrees can be cut. It is currently not recommended for cutting stainless steel.
