Profile Scanner

The scanner is specially designed to scan profiles/steel beams to identify the actual position of the edge of the profile. It can be used with spinners or 3D tilt tool stations on DRM, MG, CombiCut and ProfileCut machines. The scanner is located in a bracket connected to the cutting tool station. The scanner can rotate on the B axis, tilt on the A axis, and move on the Z axis regardless of the tool station, so as to get closer to the scan profile. The scanner includes a camera.
