With a length of 50 meters, MSF Max is a real behemoth among our CNC laser cutting machines. The machine is designed for heavy bevel cutting of large ship parts, and must be cut with the highest precision. The mobile safety cabin can not only ensure safe cutting in an area, but also ensure the safety of the cut parts, unimpeded unloading and subsequent loading of new workpieces. The patented MicroStep ACTG (Automatic Calibration of Tool Geometry) station is directly built into the gantry. This special function eliminates the need for the gantry to return to the starting point every time the rotor cutting head needs to be calibrated, thus greatly reducing the time required to complete the entire calibration process.
