This camera can be used for two applications:
Template scanning
Scan the template and convert it to CNC program or dxf format. The best result is to use a matte black template and a white background (usually paper). The scanned lines must have sharp edges and the distance between each other should be at least 5 mm. Fix the camera on the cutting tool table only during the scanning process and remove it during the cutting process.
Synchronization with pre-drilled holes
Transfer the pre-drilled board to a cutting machine equipped with a CCD camera. After scanning the hole, the system can figure out the correct position of the contour to be cut. In this case, the camera is installed on the cutting tool station or a separate tool station, and is equipped with a protective device to prevent molten metal. Deleting them after each scanning process will greatly slow down the production speed.
